I'm a semi professional beekeeper who has decided to cut back on colony numbers so I'm selling of approximately 20 hives.
They are locally bred Welsh bees.

No disease, no sign of any Varroa.
I manage all my bees as Natural & Sustainable as is humanly possible.
I would like the Bees to go to someone with the same sustainable approach as I've taken. Making sure that bee welfare their utmost importance.
I use Top Quality 14x12 frames with only Premier Foundation in order to allow the bees to work with as much free space for them to choose how they want to build comb. This allows the queen to choose where she lays, as opposed to confining the bees using smaller frames. This promotes a more natural approach.
All Colonies are thriving and the Hives are full of Brood in all stages with plenty of Stores & Pollen.
Even in the rain the bees are out gathering, thus they are very hardy and accustomed to damp conditions.

Maisemore information:
All Maisemore Polystyrene Bee hives and hive parts are made here in the UK and are of 100g/litre. This makes the hives up to 3 times stronger than polystyrene used in packaging. When painted with smooth masonry paint these polystyrene hives will last for 30 + years.

2017 Colony in National hive + equipment South West Wales. SOLD
Full colony and spare hive + extras
I have a colony in a National hive for sale. The marked queen is from 2015 and the colony has overwintered for two years. The cedar hive was new in 2015 and comes complete with everything - hive stand, wire/mesh floor, brood box & frames, crown board, queen excluder, super with frames and roof. The bees were inspected by the bee inspector in 2015 and 2016 with no problems. No honey was drawn from the super to allow them stores for the winter. Bees were active through the winter and the hive is already busy in March 2017.
I also have an identical spare cedar national hive complete with hive stand, wire/mesh floor, brood box with drawn frames, crown board, queen excluder, super with frames and roof.
There are extras such as a spare super, unmade frames, smoker, hive tool, brush and two handmade nuc boxes to add to the sale.

2017 Beekeeping business for sale - bees and equipment North Wales SOLD
I will give a rough list of what I have:
- 40 full hives. Some on double brood, some brood and a half and a few on single brood boxes.
- 20 Paynes nucs ( Al on six frames and strong colonies)
- Nearly all queens are 2016. A few 2015 ones kept as breeders.
- Plenty supers with drawn combs ( not too sure about numbers now).
- Feeders enough for this operation.
- 20 mating nucs.
- Grafting equipment.
- One small manual extractor.
- One press for heather honey.
- 20 queen excluders (wire type) and some plastic queen excluders.
- About 12 – 15 extra roofs,
- A few hundred unassembled DN4 frames and some foundation.
- Some extra floors and crown boards.
- Some ekes and manipulation boards and roof insulation material for wintering.
- Inspected by bee inspector.
- Plastic buckets, etc.
- Concrete slabs and blocks used as stands and plenty wooden stands.

2015 Two National nucs Pembrokeshire, West Wales

2014 2 x 5 frame nucs in South Wales posted 29/6/2014
I have several queens waiting for mating but I have one 2014 queen mated and laying well. The
cost will be £29 which includes postage and packaging. At the moment I am marking queens
according to where they were reared. This one is marked blue and can be clipped if required.
I have several five frame nucs but for now I have two ready to go. Strong nucs made up from
splits. The queens are late 2013, marked and laying well. I can supply the nucs in home made
cardboard nuc boxes. The cost of the nucs will be £150 including the box (£20 deposit in advance and
£130 on collection).

2014 Six framed Polynucs Posted 23/5/2014
I am interested in selling 6 frame poly nucs of bees which I raise myself. I normally produce about 20
nucs in the summer from my own stock which I over-winter for sale the following spring. The queens are
one yr old and marked the appropriate colour and inspected by the SBI yearly. I currently sell for £155 (£20 deposit
in advance £135 on collection) + £30 refundable deposit on the poly nuc. I live in S.Wales
